Early Race Packet/T-shirt Pickup
Friday until 6:00PM at the Southern VA Child Advocacy Center
300 South Main Street
Rocky Mount, VA.

Race Day Packet Pickup
Begins at 7:30AM

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a t-shirt if you register after November 24th.

If we have any extra shirts, we will be taking contact information to notify participants of any available shirts after the first of the year. Individuals wanting a shirt will need to come by the center to pick the shirt up.

Logan Sherrill

will be our emcee for this year's race!

Logan is the weekday anchor/reporter of 7@four for WDBJ7. He also takes viewers to exciting regional eateries through Hometown Eats each Thursday on 7@four and he is starting a series called "Heart of Our Hometowns", about what makes our area special! We are excited to have Logan join our event!

Refreshments! We often hear compliments about the refreshments served at this event. This year will be no exception!

RACE COURSE DETAILS

All participants: The course begins at 120 South Main Street at the intersection by the Rocky Mount Christian Church and finishes behind SVCAC on Bank Street.

5K Runners & Walkers Racecourse

5K Runners and 5K Walkers: The course begins at 120 South Main Street (green marker) at the intersection by the Rocky Mount Christian Church, traveling downhill along North Main Street and turning around at the power pole below the Rocky Mount Fire Department and returning to the SVCAC via the North Main/South Main route. All participants pass the front of the SVCAC, turning right on Floyd Avenue and right onto Bank Street ending at the marked finish line (red marker).

5M Runners Racecourse

5 Mile Runners: The course begins at 120 South Main Street (green marker) at the intersection by the Rocky Mount Christian Church, traveling downhill along North Main Street continuing past the Rocky Mount Police Department Parking Lot on North Main to the East Building at Benjamin Franklin Middle School and back to the SVCAC via State Street, then North Main, downhill on South Main Street. All participants pass the front of the SVCAC, turning right on Floyd Avenue and right onto Bank Street ending at the marked finish line (red marker).
